If you suffer from abdominal bloating, have the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, feel abnormally tired or have periods of the day when you suffer with brain fog, then you may be experiencing the effects of an intolerance to one or more foods.

Explore which foods your body welcomes and which ones it would prefer to avoid.

“I couldn’t believe how many foods Marian could test on me! It was so thorough and I’ve come away with the answers I so desperately needed about which foods I am actually intolerant to.”

— JENNIFER.

  • Over 300 test samples

Muscle testing is a branch of kinesiology. Each muscle is related to an organ so by testing each muscle relating to the digestive system (stomach, pancreas, small intestine, large intestine, liver, gall bladder, spleen) against each food sample, it is possible to determine which foods give you energy (are biogenic) and which foods deplete your energy (are biocidic).

The foods that are right for you will be unique to you. There is no universal diet that works for everyone. This is why it is extremely difficult to work out which foods are biogenic for you and which foods are biocidic.

This is where muscle testing foods can help find out what it is that is holding you back from optimal health. Food testing using kinesiology takes the guesswork out of discovering the diet that is right for you.
